Presenter Bill Klein addresses tax considerations that come into play when forming an LLC in Minnesota. LLCs are flexible and can be treated in a variety of ways for tax purposes. They can be taxed as corporations, partnerships, or disregarded entities, depending upon the surrounding facts. Bill will provide an overview of the rules governing income taxation of LLCs and their members in these various situations.
