Subscription:
Annual Subscription
Access to CLEPro is offered on an annual subscription basis. Full annual fee payment is applied at purchase for an annual subscription. After the initial 12-month period, your credit card will continue to be charged annually for the annual subscription fee until you cancel. Renewal notices are not provided, but a notice will be provided in the event of a price or subscription benefit change. The subscription is nontransferable.
Monthly Subscription
Access to CLEPro also is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your initial commitment is for 4 months, (which is paid in one lump sum), after which you may cancel at any time. Your credit card will continue to be charged starting in the 5th month for the monthly subscription fee until you cancel. (If you cancel your subscription and start a new subscription your initial commitment will again be for 4 months.) The subscription is nontransferable.
Cancellation of the Subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, selecting Publications & eResources, and Manage Subscription. Your cancellation will be acknowledged by email, and the subscription will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on the day before the next scheduled subscription fee is charged.
Minnesota Continuing Legal Education grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access, retrieve, view, and print the forms during your subscription period, to store them on your own computer system, and to use them only for purposes of your own law practice or legal study. The forms are for your personal use only. CLEPro contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by resale, or otherwise, of material obtained from CLEPro, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law. The compilation of all content in CLEPro is the exclusive property of Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and LexisNexis and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota. If any provision of this Agreement, or its application, shall, at any time or to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. Each other provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education to enforce any provision does not waive any further enforcement rights.
