Annual Subscription
Full annual fee payment is applied at purchase for an annual subscription. Your annual subscription will be active for 1 year from date of purchase, after which you must renew your subscription to have continued access.
Monthly Subscription
A one-month fee payment is applied at purchase for a monthly subscription. Your monthly subscription will continue and your credit card will be charged the monthly subscription fee automatically each month until you cancel.

Minnesota Continuing Legal Education grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access, retrieve, and view the LinkedLaw Deskbook PREMIUM Library during your subscription period. Sections of the Deskbooks also may be cut and pasted into your documents and forms may be downloaded for your use. The LinkedLaw Deskbook PREMIUM Library is for your personal use only. LinkedLaw Deskbooks contain copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, copying, sharing, resale, or otherwise, of material obtained from LinkedLaw Deskbooks, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law. The compilation of all content in LinkedLaw products is the exclusive property of Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota. If any provision of this Agreement, or its application, shall, at any time or to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby. Each other provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education to enforce any provision does not waive any further enforcement rights.
