For most seminars, paid registrants who cancel before the seminar will receive a full credit to their account, or refund upon request. Paid registrants who do not cancel and are unable to attend will retain access to the seminar materials through their website account. Passholders may purchase the seminar materials at 50% off the full retail price.

If there is an exception to this cancellation policy, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page on this website.
