The Minnesota Legislature has passed a sweeping bill to legalize marijuana in Minnesota and it is headed to the Governor’s desk for signature. The bill creates the framework for adult-use cannabis in the state and establishes a new Office of Cannabis Management, as well as addressing a host of related topics including public safety, licensing, taxation, social equity, and expungement.
