The Supreme Court’s ruling in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard brought attention and constitutional scrutiny to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in higher education. However, the impact of this ruling is not limited to universities as we are now seeing changes in legal and corporate DEI initiatives and programs as well as in the government and healthcare sectors. Professor David Schultz joins us to provide insight and context into how this ruling and the actions of the new federal administration are resulting in a seismic paradigm shift in DEI policies.
