The Minnesota Guardianship & Conservatorship Law Handbook Webcast Series

This webcast series features the NEW EDITION of the Minnesota Guardianship and Conservatorship Law Handbook which has been fully updated to cover the new Minnesota guardianship and conservatorship statutes. In addition, the Handbook now includes an eFormbook containing more than 140 forms, drafted by the editor and in use by the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

Learn from the expert who helped draft this new edition! Using the Handbook as materials, Editor and Author, Bob McLeod, presents this series of five informative webcasts to guide Minnesota practitioners through the new changes to the law. The webcasts cover the most important topics related to the new law, including a 90-minute webcast designed to provide an overview for practitioners, guiding them through their first guardianship and/or conservatorship case under the new law.

ADDED BENEFIT: All series purchasers will receive a free 1-year subscription to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota Guardianship & Conservatorship Law Handbook with eFormbook. In addition, all series purchasers also will receive a FREE hard copy of the Handbook, which will be shipped in April.**
