The Bill of Particulars is a document, the form of which is defined and explained in Minnesota Statutes section 524.5-121, that includes any documents or information disclosing or pertaining to health or financial information. This presentation will give in-depth coverage to the Bill of Particulars and medical records of the respondent, including what information should be included in the Bill of Particulars and how to file the Bill of Particulars with the court.
