This presentation will examine the powers and duties of guardians and conservators under the new Minnesota law. It will cover the powers and duties of a guardian of a minor, a guardian of an incapacitated person, and a conservator, including the general powers, as well as the rights, duties, and immunities of both guardians and conservators.
