Recovery from addiction – or any problematic behavior pattern – can be difficult. Identifying and navigating the myriad programs and acronyms can seem like an impossible chore in itself. This program provides an overview of recovery from addiction or problematic behavior designed to inform those in the legal profession who may believe that 12-step programs may not be the best path for them, and that 12-step programs are the only option for recovery. This presentation will identify a wide range of programs and community resources available in order to help.
