Data Practices: Providing Access and Protecting Government Data

This presentation will focus on the requirements for providing access to and safeguarding government data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. It will cover creating access policies and procedures, as well as the limitations on the use of and access to not public data. We will also discuss data breaches and remedies.
