Trust includes that you act with values, that you demonstrate consistently to be doing the right thing, and that you show you can be counted on to keep your commitments; yet trust is also in the eye of the beholder.
So how do you consistently build trust and credibility? What is the role of honesty, transparency and openness in the legal field? How do you regain credibility if a person feels trust is harmed?
