This presentation will focus on common issues that arise when entities either convert to or from being an LLC. LLCs Deskbook author and experienced practitioner Jeff O’Brien will provide an overview of the four main methods of conversion: conversions upon formation; conversions between entity types; mergers of different entity types; and a change of entity domicile.
