This presentation focuses on smaller civil litigation lawsuits, or threatened lawsuits, often handled by solo lawyers or small law firms. The crux of the discussion will focus on assessing ESI issues and costs before, or at the outset of litigation, client understanding and buy-in, and how to proceed in a manner that allows for seamless scaling up, if necessary.
All attendees will receive 1 month of free access to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s E-Discovery Deskbook.
