Nonprofit organizations are as varied in size and purpose as for-profit businesses. Nonprofit organizations are also faced with many of the same legal issues and concerns as for-profit businesses. However, nonprofit organizations are subject to a myriad of laws that are not applicable to for-profit businesses. Our talented presenters will analyze these laws and explain how they shape and govern nonprofit organizations in the real world.
All attendees will receive a month of free access to the Linkedlaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota Nonprofit Deskbook.
