David Gross and Kate Razavi are trial lawyers and design innovators who try high-stakes cases throughout the nation. David is the author of Design Thinking and Visual Advocacy for Lawyers and a co-founder of Faegre’s Design Lab in Scottsdale. Kate designed a law school course on Visual Advocacy and is also a co-founder of Faegre’s Design Lab. David and Kate have led design sprints on litigation strategy for multiple companies and have used AI to super charge case and trial strategy.
