This program is the fourth in a series of four helpful half-day courses focusing on the forms in Minnesota CLE's Drafting Wills & Trust Agreements Deskbook. Each course in this series will discuss the forms in specific chapters of the Deskbook.
In this seminar, panelists will discuss common charitable techniques and vehicles for clients and why the forms are no longer being updated; considerations for a Revocable Trust for Retirement Plan Benefits; and drafting techniques and options for Supplemental Needs Trusts. In addition they will discuss planning for the family cabin; digital assets; and pros and cons to Antenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
