This program is the first in a series of four helpful half-day courses focusing on the forms in Minnesota CLE's Drafting Wills & Trust Agreements Deskbook. Each course in this series will discuss the forms in specific chapters of the Deskbook.
In this seminar, panelists will discuss and review best practices regarding the Questionnaire, Engagement Agreement, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directive, and Nomination of Guardian. They also will discuss the types of clients/situations for each type of Will, the importance of the marital deduction, and estate tax considerations.
