The “Keys” to Residential and Commercial Leases and Evictions
Residential and commercial leasing can be more complicated than you’d think. Minnesota’s Eviction Moratorium Phaseout adds another layer of technical and strategic considerations. This session will review key aspects of, and differences between, residential and commercial leases. In addition, landlord and tenant rights and defenses will be discussed, and the residential and commercial eviction processes will be summarized. The provisions of Minnesota’s Eviction Moratorium Phaseout will also be explained.
