A look at overall themes when considering this year’s SCOTUS term, along with some of its significant case decisions, including those addressing sports participation by transgender individuals, sexual orientation “conversion therapy,” geofence warrants, religious liberty, guns, and more.

“Trump” Cases – Tariffs, Birthright Citizenship, TPS, Unilateral Firing of Federal Officials (45 MINUTES)
Topics include President Trump’s executive orders, imposition of tariffs, dismissal of senior agency officials, Temporary Protected Status revocation, and efforts to overturn precedent on birthright citizenship – along with how these high-impact decisions interpret the substantive scope of presidential authority.
