Leadership presence is not a checklist, template, or one-size-fits-all. Leadership presence is personal, it is influenced by your context and firm culture, and it is a journey. This presentation addresses being present in the very moment. It addresses how your language, behavior, credibility, ego, and other components are crucial ingredients that can lead to a strong and mindful leadership presence. We will discuss how you can own the room in the "right" kind of way, how to secure strong first impressions, how to convey confidence in a mindful manner, and how clear and confident communication supports a strong personal presence.
