The State of Alabama is rich in civil rights history. There was a church bombing in Birmingham; there were critical marches in Selma; there was a bus boycott in Montgomery. In this intriguing program, the CLE Performer, Stuart Teicher, travels to Alabama and delivers a Vlog-style program on site – he visits the site of Rosa Parks’ arrest and the place where the Freedom Riders were attacked with a firebomb. During the visit, he teaches how these events help lawyers promote diversity and inclusion in the practice of law. Topics include:
