A veteran litigator and AI builder will explore how AI tools are transforming arbitration practice. For example, AI can help litigants and arbitrators identify similar cases by claims, fact patterns, court, and judge. The session will also demonstrate how AI can help you locate winning documents in cases like yours: complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and orders. In addition, attendees will learn how AI can help identify persuasive arguments, anticipate counterarguments, and craft positions that reference a judge's recent decisions. This discussion will offer practical insights for arbitration practitioners seeking to strengthen cases and improve outcomes.
