With limited exceptions, all civil cases filed in Minnesota state courts are subject to ADR. The Minnesota Civil Mediation Act and Rule 114 are the primary sources for guidance on the mediation aspect of the ADR requirement in Minnesota. In this presentation, Antone Melton-Meaux joins us to discuss that guidance and how it relates to real-world practice.
