Contracts A to Z Series:
Termination Clauses and Remedies

Originally presented:  August 16, 2024     |     Course length:  1.0 hour

Despite the parties’ best intentions at the outset of what should be a mutually beneficial relationship, contracts can go bad. The question then becomes, what can we do at the drafting stage to prepare for the potential that a contractual relationship might sour? The answer lies in drafting agreements that are realistic and flexible and that contain clearly defined and appropriate termination clauses and remedy provisions.

All attendees will receive a month of complimentary access to the LinkedLaw version of Minnesota CLE’s Minnesota Contracts Deskbook.
