Starting with the basics, Mike and Kristina will explain the types of information that cell phones usually contain. They will then progress to more advanced areas and discuss how attorneys can successfully obtain this information and the best practices for using it during litigation – including the role that expert witnesses play in the admission or exclusion of this type of data.
