In this presentation, Racheal Howitz examines the growing role of technology in domestic violence and family court cases. Learn how batterers use phone technology, social networking and GPS to circumvent injunctions for protection, supervised visitation, and child custody. Conversely, explore how technology can help victims of domestic violence overcome communication issues by using mobile and online communication tools, such as the OurFamilyWizard website, that are designed specifically for high conflict parents.
