The rollout of the Minnesota Paid Leave program on January 1, 2026 leaves several questions for employers, employees, and attorneys alike:
Sam Kavalier (Attorney, Ogden Glazer + Schaefer) and Jackie Cook (CEO, Popins LLC) seek to address these questions and more in their joint presentation: “MN Paid Leave: Legal and Operational Perspectives.” Sam offers his legal expertise on Minnesota Paid Leave statutes and rules, while Jackie provides her human resources perspective to offer suggestions to employers on how to best leverage Minnesota Paid Leave and employer policies to support employees and promote strong employer culture.
