An effective relationship between human resources, in-house counsel, and outside employment counsel is critical to the success of the organization. This session will discuss how HR and in-house counsel can get the most out of outside counsel and how outside counsel can avoid common pitfalls and deliver what HR professionals and in-house counsel need most. Topics will include cost management, responsiveness, practical advice, use of technology to solve HR compliance pain points, litigation avoidance, and litigation management.
