Presenters Ryan Gerads and Jacob Heck join us to discuss tax considerations that come into play when forming an LLC in Minnesota. LLCs are flexible and can be treated in a variety of ways for tax purposes. They can be taxed as corporations, partnerships, or disregarded entities, depending upon the surrounding facts. Our faculty will provide an overview of the rules governing income taxation of LLCs and their members in these various entity forms.
All attendees will receive a month of free access to the LinkedLaw version of Minnesota CLE’s LLCs Deskbook with eFormbook.
