In this one-hour presentation, family lawyer Dana McKenzie and ethics maven Eric T. Cooperstein explain the ethical obligations of attorneys who discover that they have been victims of theft or embezzlement by their staff. They will discuss several cautionary tales of Minnesota lawyers who experienced such crimes. They will also share practical advice for preventing theft and embezzlement.
