ADR A to Z: Core Ethics Concepts for the ADR Neutral and Advocate in Minnesota

Ethics in ADR are of paramount importance due to the private nature of the proceedings and the potential power of the neutral to affect the outcome. Join ADR teacher and trainer Leslie Sinner McEvoy for an overview of the current essential ethical concepts you need to know to successfully navigate ADR processes as an advocate or a neutral in Minnesota. Most important, this session will cover many of the newly adopted – and significant – amendments to the ethics requirements of Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, now in effect.
