The sessions discuss what lawyers, firms and organizations may do to support ethical decision-making and behavior during loss and other difficulties. The session will cover three vital topics –

  • The most frequently violated ethical rules
  • Ethical obligations upon an attorney’s illness, incapacity or death
  • Trauma-informed practices for “end-of-life” clients
