Investigations can lead to unique and complicated questions about the assertion of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections. This session will provide an overview of privilege considerations in the investigation and international contexts along with updates on recent developments.
All attendees will receive 1 month of complimentary access to the Linkedlaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Attorney-Client Privilege Deskbook.
