This presentation will cover materials that are designed to serve as a reference to use in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements. Once the transaction documents are finalized, the parties move towards closing the transaction. This presentation will also discuss one of the most important tools for organizing and closing a transaction, a good closing checklist, and how to create one.
