This panel presentation will provide an overview of the latest trends in artificial intelligence (AI) and technology assisted review (TAR), including an explanation of how new tools, such as Continuous Active Learning (CAL), differ from prior TAR processes. The panelists will dive further into a discussion of how to successfully incorporate AI and TAR into managed document review workflows, including project set up, how to determine when a project is complete, and the use of the AI and TAR for non-litigation related matters.
