Christy Hall, Senior Staff Attorney at Gender Justice, reflects on her work and experiences in the #MeToo era and shares a valuable lesson: the key to preventing sexual harassment is to make all people feel welcome and understood. She will explain how gender biases negatively impact legal workplaces and other settings and share strategies for overcoming them.
