Business Disputes: Tortious Interference

Minnesota recognizes two claims for tortious interference with business relationships: (1) tortious interference with an existing contract; and (2) tortious interference with prospective economic advantage. This presentation summarizes Minnesota case law regarding the elements of, defenses to, and damages available to a plaintiff who prevails on these claims.

All attendees will receive a month of free access to the LinkedLaw edition of Minnesota CLE’s Business Disputes: Claims and Remedies Deskbook.
