Minnesota has enacted a new law that requires pharmaceutical companies to share the cost of fighting the opioid epidemic. It will provide expanded access to treatment, fund prevention efforts and public awareness, train providers, and increase access to opioid antagonists. Attorneys Michael Daub, board member of the Steve Rummler Hope Network, and Joan Bibelhausen, Executive Director of Minnesota Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, will discuss the new law, as well as opioid issues in the legal profession.
