The Minnesota Guardianship and Conservatorship Law Seminar will provide practitioners with a comprehensive overview of how to navigate guardianships and conservatorships, including annual filings, audits, selling real estate, less restrictive alternatives, contested hearings, and how to proceed in forma pauperis. The experienced faculty will share their unique insight into this area of law, with a special focus on helpful practice tips and comprehensive coverage of how to successfully represent individuals in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
