Join our faculty as they discuss foundational topics of real estate titles in Minnesota!
Starting with title examination, they will address marketable title, legal descriptions, conveyances and encumbrances. The second half of the day will be dedicated to resolving title defects, including voluntary resolution, cancellation, property registration, and actions involving the courts.
