The biggest changes to residential real estate in over 100 years are now in effect as the result of a settlement by the National Association of Realtors to resolve a class-action lawsuit that accused the NAR of inflating sales commissions and fees. The spirit of the nationwide settlement agreement with realtors is to give buyers the ability to shop and compare the prices and services offered by buyers agents. This presentation will discuss the settlement and the existing opportunities for attorneys to enter the residential real estate field.
