Join elder and disability law attorneys David Rephan and Téa Baker as they discuss three trust planning options for beneficiaries with disabilities. They will discuss the use of first party Special Needs Trusts, third party Supplemental Needs Trusts, and Pooled Special Needs Trusts. The discussion will address when it is appropriate for each trust to be used, trust creation/funding/distributions, and suggestions on trust administration.
