Boundary disputes, descriptions, and survey issues are the “bread and butter” of many real estate practices. However, they can be challenging to resolve because alternate legal strategies may result in different outcomes. In addition, because so many of these cases involve relatively small dollar amounts, you will want to learn the most efficient ways to evaluate such claims.
