He holds an accounting degree (with high honors) from the University of Illinois, a law degree from the University of Minnesota and a masters degree in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mark is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and is a recipient of their Excellence in Teaching Award and their Distinguished Service Award.  He is a frequent and very popular speaker for Minnesota CLE.
