Through December 31, 2023, Minnesota-licensed attorneys can satisfy continuing legal education requirements by viewing and reporting up to 30 credits of on demand programming. A prosecutor and defense attorney walk you, step by step, through everything related to a vehicle stop. They will take a look at rules and requirements from the basis for a stop through contact with the stopped vehicle, to expansion of the scope of the stop. This presentation also covers reasonable articulable suspicion, informants, reasonable mistakes of law and more.
