Minnesota lawmakers passed a bill that will gradually phase out the eviction moratorium that barred most evictions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill creates an “off-ramp” for the moratorium that will leave some protections in place until next summer. Learn the important dates and deadlines that landlords and tenants will need to pay attention to in the coming months. Also, learn best practices and tips for representing your clients as they move forward in this uncertain environment.
