Through December 31, 2023, Minnesota-licensed attorneys can satisfy continuing legal education requirements by viewing and reporting up to 30 credits of on demand programming. Compliance with environmental requirements can be challenging for businesses of all sizes. Obligations arise from statutes, regulations, ordinances and permit terms and conditions. Requirements vary depending on the type of business operations. Federal, state, regional and local environmental agencies may have jurisdiction. This presentation will review compliance obligations and how to manage inspections and enforcement actions. It also will discuss how environmental audits can be used to identify issues, address noncompliance and minimize liability.
