The Minnesota legislature just passed the most significant contract for deed legislation in almost 40 years. Starting August 1, 2024, this new legislation will affect virtually all contract for deed transactions. Minnesota CLE has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 1.5 standard CLE credits. The maximum number of total credits you may claim for attending this program is 1.5 credits.
Minnesota CLE also has applied to the Minnesota State Bar Association for 1.5 basic real property specialist credits.
