This presentation will provide attendees with practical guidance for reviewing and advising clients on commercial agreements or contacts. As the title suggests, our focus is on providing “practical guidance” and thus we will not discuss cases or even refer to statutes. Instead, we will provide you with a step-by-step plan for what to do when a client calls you and says they “have a contract they need you to take a look at.”
